1. Data controller

2. Data we receive

Only what you enter in the trip planner: phone number (required), name and Telegram username (optional), trip type and destination, dates, departure city, number of adults and children, budget, preferences, notes and site language.

The site has no accounts and takes no payments. The WhatsApp and Telegram buttons only open the messenger — you send that information yourself and the site does not store it.

3. Purpose

To contact you about your request and plan your trip. The data is not used for marketing mailings.

4. Storage and recipients

Your request is stored in a protected Lovable Cloud database accessible only to the site's server.

It is then passed to the Make (Celonis) automation service, which sends a notification to VAYO managers via Telegram.

These services may be located outside Uzbekistan. Server locations and cross-border transfer terms are pending owner approval.

5. Retention

A retention period has not yet been set and is pending owner approval. Until then, data is deleted on your request.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to vayotravel.uz@gmail.com.
